When Barbara started as a coordinator 12 weeks out from the wedding date it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. She coordinated the timeline and responsibilities with all our vendors, did a walk through with us at the wedding venue, and distributed all of the tips on the day of. I added on extra coverage for one of her assistants to gather all the personal items at the end of the night and put them in our hotel room, which I would 100% recommend; it allowed all our family to relax and enjoy the party instead of having to worry about a late-night responsibility. Lead wedding CoordinatorIn 2021, Janelle became a member of Bweddings' team, where she initially supported day-of events before eventually rising to the position of Lead Coordinator. Originally from Illinois, Janelle has dedicated her career to the event and wedding industry, having arrived in Chicago seven years prior. Her initial exposure to event planning occurred within the university setting, which broadened her expertise through connections she made within the industry. Janelle is deeply committed to ensuring that each client's special day reflects their unique vision. Janelle enjoys spending time with her cats and walking around the city.

Identifying herself as a groom's concierge, she ensures every groom she works with has the perfect look for his special day, combining her roles seamlessly. When not focusing on weddings, Samantha is a fashion stylist who helps clients declutter their closets, repurpose existing pieces, and create versatile capsule wardrobes for work, casual, or social settings.
