Bweddings did our stunning floral arrangements, too! And I'm sure they undoubtedly handled so much more behind the scenes that we didn’t even realize on the day of.

Her ability to keep everything running smoothly allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. We ran into a hiccup with my father's speech, but she and the team were ON IT and able to locate it quickly and keep the show running. Being the mother of the bride can be a stressful time. Add to that the idea of planning a wedding in a country where you don't speak the language! Talk about a nervous mother!

Everything worked out perfectly, the wedding was spectacular. Working with Barbara and Anna took the majority, if not all, of the stress away from the time we signed our contract until after my daughter's wedding day.  If I had another wedding to plan I would certainly not hesitate to use Bweddings again.

I am one of the most organized people I know and Barbara beat me by 1000x. I had such a beautiful wedding, and I am so happy with everything.

I truly wouldn't have been able to enjoy the day without having Barbara by my side. I was able to relax knowing that I have someone in my corner that knows exactly how I'd like things executed. Barbara's assistants were incredibly sweet and kind not just to me but my guests.

Barbara and Anna we absolutely fantastic to work with! It was daunting to try to plan a wedding in a foreign country where you don’t understand the language and Barbara and Anna took care of it all.

The Welcome Reception the night before was perfectly planned, and all the details on the day of the wedding were executed flawlessly. They also went above and beyond to ensure we stayed within our budget, negotiating with vendors as needed to ensure we got the most for our money.

As the bride, our wedding day was stress-free and fun-filled thanks to the hard work of this incredible duo. We were in great hands throughout the entire process, and we highly recommend Bweddings to everyone looking to plan their wedding!

We had 17 people in our bridal party, 8 flowers girls and ring bearers, and a 180 person wedding. Barbara was our day of coordinator and was an absolutely essential part of making the day magical.

She is so experienced, professional, extremely detail oriented and genuinely cares about realizing your vision. Barbara also took over the large majority of vendor communication leading up to the day, which was such a relief for us.

If you’re thinking about day of coordination — do it and do it with Bweddings, you will not be disappointed.

We are a bit unique, in that we originally planned to have our wedding in Chicago. We booked the venue, the DJ and almost booked the caterer when my mother unexpectedly passed away. Due to this, our original vision just didn't feel right. So after some discussion we decided to get married by the ocean as that is where I had spread the ashes of my mom and grandmother.

We let Barbara know we were happy to pay off our contract with her and understand if she doesn't want to commit to planning our Cabo wedding but she didn't even hesitate and jumped right in! In the end she was incredibly helpful, especially the day of and even the day after (we had a flower issue and she got us a partial refund in addition to correcting as much as possible day of) She balanced our desires well, we wanted a view of the ocean but not a beach wedding and she made the whole look and feel so elevated.

She did a great job providing her opinion and expertise but not pressuring when we shared ours. We weren't as traditional about our wedding and she respected that and made sure all of the special parts of the day went off perfectly! She made sure that even in another country our vision came to life and advocated for us when necessary! We couldn't have had the best weekend of our lives without her and our vision was complete.

Thank you to Barbara and would fully recommend her for local Chicago but also international weddings!

I am not sure what I would have done without Barbara and her assistant Julia.

They both were incredible and absolutely invaluable leading up to and the day of the wedding. Words cannot express how grateful me and my husband are to have had Barbara and her team help and coordinate our wedding.

There were many times I thought to myself, if Barbara wasn't here, who would have done that?

She was incredible to work with right from our initial conversation and went above and beyond to make sure that we were stress-free leading into the day.

We opted for the 90-day wedding coordinator package, and also worked through Bweddings to facilitate our florals/decor. They listened to our vision and made recommendations based on what we liked. The final product was truly our dream wedding, down to the last detail.

Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues with our venue, but Barbara handled them with ease and made sure that by the time they were brought to our attention, there was already a plan in place. She communicated effectively with each of our vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page, and provided us with a detailed checklist to keep things on track.

We would not hesitate to recommend Barbara’s wedding coordination services to any couples looking for help to execute their vision!

We are so happy we chose BWeddings for our wedding day. Since my husband and I hand picked a lot of the vendors ourselves we elected to go with the Day of Love package which started 12 weeks prior to our wedding day and included the hotel room block assistance and as additional add-on.

Barbara was able to help us negotiate our hotel room block within just a few days and in the 3 months leading up to our wedding her and her team took a lot of the stress away from our wedding planning and made it a very pleasant experience. Bweddings team executed their timeline to perfection and set up the wedding decor in the way we wanted.
