LOVE NOTES

We are a bit unique, in that we originally planned to have our wedding in Chicago. We booked the venue, the DJ and almost booked the caterer when my mother unexpectedly passed away. Due to this, our original vision just didn't feel right. So after some discussion we decided to get married by the ocean as that is where I had spread the ashes of my mom and grandmother.

We let Barbara know we were happy to pay off our contract with her and understand if she doesn't want to commit to planning our Cabo wedding but she didn't even hesitate and jumped right in! In the end she was incredibly helpful, especially the day of and even the day after (we had a flower issue and she got us a partial refund in addition to correcting as much as possible day of) She balanced our desires well, we wanted a view of the ocean but not a beach wedding and she made the whole look and feel so elevated.

She did a great job providing her opinion and expertise but not pressuring when we shared ours. We weren't as traditional about our wedding and she respected that and made sure all of the special parts of the day went off perfectly! She made sure that even in another country our vision came to life and advocated for us when necessary! We couldn't have had the best weekend of our lives without her and our vision was complete.

Thank you to Barbara and would fully recommend her for local Chicago but also international weddings!

They both were incredible and absolutely invaluable leading up to and the day of the wedding. Words cannot express how grateful me and my husband are to have had Barbara and her team help and coordinate our wedding.

There were many times I thought to myself, if Barbara wasn't here, who would have done that?

She was incredible to work with right from our initial conversation and went above and beyond to make sure that we were stress-free leading into the day.

We opted for the 90-day wedding coordinator package, and also worked through Bweddings to facilitate our florals/decor. They listened to our vision and made recommendations based on what we liked. The final product was truly our dream wedding, down to the last detail.

Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues with our venue, but Barbara handled them with ease and made sure that by the time they were brought to our attention, there was already a plan in place. She communicated effectively with each of our vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page, and provided us with a detailed checklist to keep things on track.

We would not hesitate to recommend Barbara’s wedding coordination services to any couples looking for help to execute their vision!

They went ABOVE and beyond. I personally think she’s undercharging for her services.

The relief I felt that day because of her and her team is what made my day so much more enjoyable. I will never stop recommending them to friends & family.

Barbara helped us from picking out the venue all the way to set up and break down on the day of the wedding.

Our wedding was in Lake Como, and we live in Chicago, so you can imagine the stress and chaos that comes with planning a destination wedding like that. But thanks to Barbara of Bweddings and Anna of The Italian Bride, it was an absolute dream come true!

From day one, they had us covered. They handled everything from coordinating with vendors to setting up the whole shebang before the big day. And let me tell you, they were like wedding ninjas making sure everything was on point and running like clockwork.

On the actual day of the wedding, they were like our personal timekeepers, making sure we didn't lose track of time and could fully enjoy the moment. Plus, they even took care of packing up our stuff at the end of the night, so we didn't have to play a game of hide-and-seek with our belongings.
